HTC’s smartphone ‘HTC U’ will be launched on May 16. The company has given its information on its Twitter handle.
HTC’s Dual SIM phone will run on Android 7.1 Nougat. It will have a 5.5 inch quad HD (2560×1440 pixels) display. This handset will have a 4 GB or 6GB RAM with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor. Apart from this, the latest teaser shows that the ‘HTC U’ will be HTC’s thinnest smartphone yet.

The HTC U will have a 12 megapixel Sony IMX 362 sensor on the rear and a 16 megapixel IMX 451 sensor in the front. In addition, ‘HTC U’ will be given 64 GB or 128 GB inbuilt storage on the basis of RAM. Talking about connectivity, this phone has revealed features like Wi-Fi 802.11 and Bluetooth 4.2. The phone also have a 3000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0. It also have a dual-speaker on the top and a USB Type-C port on the down side.
Videos and photos with smart video zoom support and real-time HDR pin detection can be photographed in the best quality. Like the HTC U, four microphones have been provided with 3D audio or high-resolution audio.
Like the iPhone 7, there are reports of no 3.5mm headphone jacks.
