1. Deputy General Manager (Technical)
- Level: ES
- No. of Posts: 01
- Location: Corporate Office, Guwahati
- Age Limit: Max 55 Years (as on 01.06.2025)
- Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Preferred: M.Tech / MBA or equivalent PG
- Experience: 20 years total, with 10 years in a senior managerial role
- Pay: ₹1,25,000/- per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Project planning, execution, and compliance
- Team management and cross-department collaboration
- Technical evaluation, vendor selection, and cost control
- Monitoring EHS standards and corporate strategy
2. Assistant Manager (Sr. Grade), Human Resource
- Level: E0
- No. of Posts: 01
- Location: Eri Silk Spinning Plant, Baksa
- Age Limit: Max 45 Years
- Qualification: Graduate
- Preferred: MBA in HR
- Experience: 5 years HR (3 years in manufacturing)
- Pay: ₹35,000/- per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations
- Payroll, compliance, training & employee engagement
- Data analysis using HRIS/ERP systems
3. Maintenance Fitter
- Level: S2
- No. of Posts: 01
- Location: Eri Silk Spinning Plant, Baksa
- Age Limit: Max 40 Years
- Qualification: ITI (Maintenance Fitter)
- Preferred: Diploma in related field
- Experience: 3 years in manufacturing
- Pay: ₹25,000/- per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive maintenance, repairs, installation
- Interpret technical drawings and ensure safety
4. Electrician
- Level: S1
- No. of Posts: 01
- Location: Eri Silk Spinning Plant, Baksa
- Age Limit: Max 40 Years
- Qualification: ITI (Electrician)
- Preferred: Diploma in Electrical
- Experience: 2 years in spinning/manufacturing
- Pay: ₹20,000/- per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Power supply, electrical troubleshooting, PLC, VFD
- Preventive maintenance and energy efficiency tasks
