- Technician Apprentice (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
- Technician Apprentice (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics
- Technician Apprentice (Telecom & Instrumentation): Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation related fields
- Trade Apprentice (HR Assistant): Graduation in any discipline
- Trade Apprentice (Accountant): B.Com degree
- Data Entry Operator (Fresher): Minimum 12th Pass
- Domestic Data Entry Operator (Skill Certificate Holders): 12th Pass + Skill Certificate
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: 18 to 24 years as on 31 August 2025 (Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC-NCL – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years)
- Education: Minimum marks 50% (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
- Training Duration: 12 months
- Stipend: As per Apprentices Act, 1961 and IOCL rules
Selection Process
IOCL Apprentice selection is purely based on merit (percentage of marks in qualifying exams). There will be no written test or interview. In case of tie, older candidates will be preferred. Final selection requires medical fitness and document verification.
