The Intelligence Bureau (IB), under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), is conducting one of the most competitive recruitment exams of 2025 — the Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (ACIO) Grade-II/Executive exam. City Intimation Slip vs Admit Card — What’s the Difference?
Many candidates are confused between the City Intimation Slip and the Admit Card. Here is the clear difference:
- City Intimation Slip: Released on 5 September 2025. Contains details of exam city, exam date, and shift. Helps candidates plan travel and accommodation. It is NOT a valid document for entry to the exam hall.
- Admit Card (Hall Ticket): Will be released 2–3 days before the exam. Contains exam centre address, candidate photo, roll number, reporting time, and exam instructions. This is mandatory for entry.
